This is a Semi-Basement unit in the Trinidad/H Street Corridor. You can walk to all that H Street has to offer, as well as Gallaudet University. The unit can come furnished or vacant. The unit has its own front entrance with a Ring Door Bell that you can use, as well as back entrance where you can access parking and a small patio. You will get one parking spot but there are a ton of street parking in front of the house. The unit comes with a full kitchen (oven, microwave, sink) but no dishwasher. It also comes with washer and dryer in the unit. Even though this is a studio, the unit has a curtain that can separate your bedroom and your kitchen/living room. There are two units at this address. My parents live in main house and helps with maintenance and lawn care. They are able to address most minor repairs if issues come up. Owners will pay for all utilities. There are 2 tandem parking spots. You can have access to one of those tandem parking spots. You can have a small dog under 30 pounds as long as it is friendly and are taken care of (not left alone for long periods of time and barking). My parents upstairs dog sit time to time. One month deposit and first month's rent is due at lease signing. No smoking inside the unit, no exceptions. No Tobacco and No Cannabis use inside the unit. You can smoke in the back porch, preferably several feet away from the house. We will conduct a background check, credit check, and employment check. We may also call previous landlords.
