We used to rent this unit on AirBnB and have 5 star reviews/excellent recommendations. My wife and I recently renovated the unit and it has everything you need in terms of furnishings and appliances to relax and recharge. High-speed internet/cable TV, plus all utilities + monthly cleaning service included. W/D in the unit and whole house water supply is filtered. We've lived in our neighborhood since 2003 and we are more than happy to help you get oriented and tell you about all the cool food spots nearby. No smoking, no pets, owner covers all utilities costs, including cable TV and internet. We prefer someone who wants to rent a furnished apartment. On street parking pass available.
