The master bedroom/bathroom will be locked with our belongings in that space. It is located 1 block from the beach and steps away from year-round top restaurants, bars and attractions. There is an abundance of space and natural light in this two-floor beach condo. It offers a remote workspace, a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy electric fireplace for those cold winter nights, 2 covered parking spots, a community elevator, a private top-floor deck and comes fully furnished with sea turtle decor & sea colors. Owner pays for water and internet. Renter is responsible for electric and heat. Last months' rent as well as a $1,000 security deposit is due at signing. No smoking/drugs allowed. No pets allowed per HOA. NH Occupancy Tax of 9% is not included in the price. A $175 Cleaning fee will be an additional charge.
