This is a lower elevation condo with a automatic two car garage attached. Clean vintage unit located in town, 2 blocks away from the lake and beaches. 6 month Lease term required by Tenant. Clean unit and complete time capsule to the 1970"s. Renter is responsible for electricity, internet and cable. Landlord will pay water, sewer, garbage, snow removal of common area parking. Can be delivered with 1970's furnishing or unfurnished. Parking is a two car attached automated garage with ample storage for skis and boards. Parking directly in front of unit on driveway for two cars, but no more than two cars per unit or Lease premises. No smoking in unit, pets are negotiable, and will need to be approved by HOA prior to Lease signing. I'm open to ski season lease or 6 month minimum term available October 15th on.
