Cable and high-speed internet ready. A tenant will share a common entrance and a flight of stairs with the landlord. The landlord with the family lives on the first and second floors. The third-floor rental suite has full privacy beyond the common entrance and the stairs. Due to the shared entrance, the landlord will rent to a tenant who is trustworthy, honest, clean, and quiet. Background and reference checks will be required. Within a minute's walk to downtown Gloucester. Minutes of walking distance to commuter rail, grocery store, Gloucester Harbor, Stacy Boulevard, shopping, dining, bars, and entertainment. The owner pays for electricity, heating, sewage, and water.
