We also have two onsite laundry rooms! Our apartment homes feature wood inspired flooring, extra closet space and kitchen pantry, large windows that offer lots of natural light, and so much more! Ask about our current specials! We offer 6-month and 12-month leases. Price listed includes water, trash, and sewer utilities. Electricity is billed separately and is put in the tenants name through the local electric company. We do encourage renters insurance but do not require it. We do accept pets! There is not a pet deposit but there is a $50/month pet fee. Our specials are always changing! Ask us about our current special! Requirements are as follows: You have to make 2.5 times the amount of rent, you cannot have a broken lease within the past 18 month, no evictions within the past 4 years. No felonies. We require a background and credit check, which will be done when the application is complete. Application fees and deposits: The 1st application fee is $58 and each additional app fee is $28, anyone 18 and older has to fill out an application. We do not require a deposit but do require an admin fee of $200 due at the signing of your lease.
