Our apartment was remodeled in 2015 and is just clicks away from being your new home. The apartment is centrally located in the Alberta Arts District & King neighborhood in NE Portland placing you near Williams Street, Mississippi Avenue, the Lloyd district, and PCC Cascade campus. Downtown is a mere 5 miles away, with easy bike lanes accessible on Vancouver and Williams streets. The apartment is at the basement level of a classic Portland home in the beautiful King neighborhood. The studio has its own separate entrance in the back of the house via the alley for your privacy. There is space for one vehicle to be parked behind the house just off of the alley, any remaining vehicles would be parked on the street (there are no parking permits or fees for street parking). We provide a pull out sectional couch that turns into a queen bed, you will need to bring your own bed mattress. A bed frame is available if needed during your tenancy. The unit can be fully furnished other than the mattress, including TV, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, washer & dryer in unit, & more. There is always the option to rent the space unfurnished if that is preferred. Leasing a studio basement apartment in the desirable King neighborhood beginning November 1, 2023. 6 month or longer lease only - no month to month. All utilities are included with this price, excluding Wi-Fi. The unit can come furnished, or unfurnished. We do not allow pets or smoking in the apartment, although smoking outside on the back patio is permitted. The back patio is shared with the Unit A portion of the house, which is directly above this basement studio unit. This apartment has a maximum occupancy of 2 individuals - all applications with more than 2 individuals will be rejected.
