Downtown is a mere 5 miles away, with easy bike lanes accessible on Vancouver and Williams streets. The apartment is at the basement level of a classic Portland home in the beautiful King neighborhood. The studio has its own separate entrance in the back of the house via the alley for your privacy. There is space for one vehicle to be parked behind the house just off of the alley, any remaining vehicles would be parked on the street (there are no parking permits or fees for street parking). We provide a pull out sectional couch that turns into a queen bed, you will need to bring your own bed mattress. A bed frame is available if needed during your tenancy.
