Each guest has a unique code. - 2 Large Bedrooms with King Size Beds that are VERY COMFORTABLE. Two sets of bed linens & pillows provided. Beds & pillows have protective sanitary liners. (ALL linens and towels NEW as of 6-2-2023). -Blackout Curtains and Hardwood Floors in both bedrooms and the Livingroom - Fully Stocked kitchen with many Starter Supplies: spices, cooking spray, olive oil, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, dish soap & paper towels. Pots, pans, bakeware, glasses, utensils, toaster & crockpot. All the utensils you would ever need. - Electric Stove with 4 burners. - Microwave. - Regular Coffee Pot w/ Coffee in the freezer. - Full size Refrigerator with Ice Trays in Freezer. - Garbage Disposal. - Dishwasher. - Full Bathroom with a shower/tub combo. PLENTY of hot water & NO water saver shower head. We have two 50 gallon hot water tanks. (We only mention these things because we hot showers & we have plenty of water pressure. Shower responsibly...lol.) Starter supplies include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap & toilet paper - Central Air Conditioning. -Ceiling Fans in both BR and Livingroom. -A desk is provided in each bedroom as well as the kitchen. - Free Laundry Facilities. (Two sets of shared washers & dryers). - Designated on-site parking for 1 vehicle & additional street parking within 15 ft. of concrete driveway. Parking is never an issue. -Security Cameras in Shared Areas (Stairwells, laundry area & at the front security door.) -Smoke detectors throughout the building. The apartment is UNIT #2 in a 4-family brick building. The other 3 units are Airbnb's which are mostly rented on weekends. The property is clean, safe & well maintained. We do not allow pets, parties or smoking in any of our units. There are steps to the front security door entrance & 6 steps to the "first floor" units, which is where unit 2 is located. Each unit has its own small balcony off the Livingroom with seating for 2. This unit also includes 1/2 of the two car garage. (You would park on the far left side, so you can easily exit the garage if there are guests in unit 3 above you.) Additional storage space is available if needed within the basement or garage. We are Christians and treat people as such. For reference, you can view our 894+ "reviews" if you look at the other properties listed in Cincinnati on this site. These are the Airbnb's I referenced earlier. We have hosted people from all over the world in our airbnb's within this building. Many have stayed with us multiple times as they support their families undergoing medical procedures at the surrounding hospitals, particularly the Children's Hospital. We are flexible with regards to end dates of visits, and always pray that they are able to "leave early" as families never know when they will be discharged. We do require a 30 day notice, making it more likely to rent to another family. If you have to leave early, we will reimburse you on a prorated basis monies that you have paid us, to help recoup some of your monies. We hope you decide to stay in our place.
