Our cottage homes range anywhere from 944sq/ft to 1,400 sq/ft, with 1 and 2-bedroom options. All come with a garage and basement. *This unit DOES NOT include any amenities associated with the Southwick Village Retirement Community suchas dining services, shuttle services, and events in the Retirement Community. A 6-month lease is available (short-term stay) or a 12-month lease. We do not require any upfront investment entrance fees or buy-in. Deposit required.
