I am renting my one bedroom condo starting Dec. 1. It is located directly across the street from the National Cathedral. This is a pet friendly building (subject to the condo association's guidelines); dogs and cats are allowed. Indoor amenities include a washer/dryer and dishwasher. It is cable ready. Heat is provided by radiators and there are AC window units. There is a bike room where you can store your bike for a small yearly fee, and the building has storage units to rent. Outdoor amenities include a dog park and grassy area with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, and grills. You can catch the bus steps away from the front doors. The Open City Cafe is across the street on the grounds of the National Cathedral. Other restaurants within walking distance are Cactus Cantina, Two Amy's Pizza, Raku, Barcelona, and more.
