Full use of property as an owner would. Will need background info and a reference/referral from prior manager/landlord. We will not accept anyone cosigning on the lease or having payments withdrawn from any account except the signer of the lease. Payment is to be deposited directly into our local account at Centennial Bank by 5th of month. If late there will be a $100 late fee added on. Prorated on a daily basis if less than a month. Must give 60 day notice prior to moving out prior to 12 month lease is up and if we decide not to re-lease it or sell we will also give 60 day notice to you via certified mail and email. If leaving prior to end of lease DD will be forfeited. No subleasing and if this occurs eviction will happen immediately and loss of deposit and any rents received. This is a quiet community and no loud noise music etc. will be tolerated as well as any drug use. Lease is for a minimum of 1 year strictly nothing less. If desiring to renew for an entire year, the rate for the rest of 2024 will be unchanged until 1/1/2025. Rate for 2023 will carry over into 2024 at the same rate until the end of 2024.
