To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, please follow these House Rules: ~ If you encounter any issues during your stay, please inform us promptly through the booking platform or via email. We will do our best to resolve any issues within 3 hours. ~ We kindly request that you refrain from hosting any parties, events, gatherings, bachelor or bachelorette celebrations, or other social group gatherings of any kind on the property. ~ For your security, please keep the building and apartment access codes confidential. ~ Please take off your shoes at the front door of the apartment and refrain from wearing them inside. ~ Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors, and keep noise levels down after 9pm. ~ Please store your personal items within the apartment, and not in shared or common areas. ~ No open flames are allowed, except for cooking with the gas stove. ~ Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the apartment or building, and a fee of $250 will be charged for smoke remediation if found. ~ Illegal drugs and illicit activities are strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property without a refund. ~ Two dogs are allowed on the property, as long as they weigh 45 pounds or less, are house-trained, and meet breed restrictions. Please provide the host with recent photos of the pets before arrival. ~ No unauthorized guests are allowed unless they have been approved in advance by the host and any additional fees have been paid. ~ Please take care of the property and items provided during your stay.
