Great opportunity to rent a mountain ski condo for a month (or more) at a time! This is in Fraser CO (just minutes from the Winter Park ski resort), up the road and tucked into a wooded area behind the Safeway off 40. The condo can sleep 7. It has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, one with 1 twin bed and 1 bunkbed (3 total beds) and a queen convertible in the loft space. The space is fully furnished with couches, chairs, tables, desks, lights, kitchen is fully stocked for cooking including a newly installed dishwasher. There is a wood burning stove to use for heat if desired, otherwise electric baseboard heat. There is a washer and dryer in unit as well. There is a ski closet just outside the front door. The free shuttle bus to downtown Fraser or Winter Park ski areas stops at the entrance to the condo parking lot 100ft away. This location is just 5 minutes from downtown Winter Park and all it has to offer, and just minutes from world class nordic skiing as well as tubing hills and hiking galore! All fees are included in the rent including water, heat, electric, trash, recycling, wifi & cable! This is NON-Smoking unit! Linens and Towels can be provided as well for a cost if needed. This condo is currently available for November, December, January, February, March, April and May. Minimum stay is 2 months, would prefer 4 or more months, let me know what you are thinking. The unit will only be rented to single families, this is NOT available for multiple roommates.
