Others have laminate wood flooring. Rental has fire alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher present. Non smokers only because landlord has allergy to any smoke odors and cigarettes, etc. No pets of any kind. Living room has adjoining table bar with bar stools, Granite countertop with deep sink. Furnace and hot water heater in this basement apartment so not suitable for children under 12. Also no stove because not allowed in basement. Can use a microwave that is provided. Dust to dawn lights for own entrance. Motion lights on steps so hands free for groceries. Street parking. Bathroom used by other tenant also. This is a non smoking interior and exterior area..Firm... No pets of any kind permitted..Firm.. . It is a 1 year lease.
