These two bedroom, one bathroom apartments offer ideal living with ample closet space and tons of natural light! All units feature central heat and air and washer/dryer connections. Tenants have the option to bring their own washer and dryer set, or to rent a set for an additional $50/month. Pest control, backdoor valet trash service , 24-hour emergency maintenance, and lawn care are included with rent. Electric, gas, water, sewer, and cable/internet are paid separately. These apartments are zoned for the award-winning Homewood School System, including: Shades Cahaba Elementary, Homewood Middle School, and Homewood High School. Pets are welcome with a $600 pet fee per animal, and a 3 pet limit per apartment. Breed restrictions for dogs may apply. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Submit the completed application(s) with $60.00 non-refundable application fee (per applicant), I.D., and proof of income. All lease prices are for twelve (12) month lease term. Seven (7) to eleven (11) month lease terms are available for additional (+) $50.00 per month. Unfortunately, we do not have any vacant or model units to show. This unit is still occupied by the current resident. However, we do have pictures + video of most of our units before they moved in!
