Bayfront at its best! Open bay location on Beautiful Westpoint Island in the town of Lavalette. This home consists of six bedrooms, 2 king size beds, 3 queen sized beds, 2 twin sized beds and a crib. There is a bedroom on the first floor accompanied by a full bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also an out door shower. Owner will provide bicycles along with 3 kayaks. Yard is fully fenced in ( other than the open bay ) with an additional fenced in dog run along the side of the house. 2 Boats slips and floating docks for PWC available for an additional fee. Summer rates : June July and August differ from off season monthly . Each month is 30k and a discounted rate for the season would apply . Sorry no weekly rentals
