The residence boasts four well-proportioned bedrooms (Sleeps 12+), 2.5 baths inside plus an outdoor shower and hot tub situated on the back deck. The primary touts a king-size bed ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet large enough to house a crib. The kids' room has four single beds, the office has a daybed that transitions into a king bed and still has room for a desk and the guest room has a queen-size bed. The Living room and basement recreation space have comfy sleeping couches as well. The newly finished basement is the ideal entertainment space for family movie nights, video game competitions, pool tournaments, building legos, arts and crafts tinkering, or exercising in the small home gym. Delight in fruit from the orchard's pear, apple, cherry, and peach trees or the mature grapevines and berry bushes on the property as you explore your expansive plot of farmland or enjoy relaxing by the pond watching the fish and frogs frolic. Conveniently located at the start of the North Fork's famous wine country steps from vineyards, breweries, farm stands, and nature preserves including RGNY Vineyard, Jamesport Brewery, Harbes Orchard, and Hallock State Park Preserve. Just a mile from soaking in the rays at North Shores Iron Pier Beach 6 minutes to South Jamesport Beach and 25 minutes from Pikes Beach in Westhampton. Enjoy local activities such as horseback riding at one of many nearby stables, hiking or cycling along your choice of beachside or woodsy trails, or pick up a racket and head to the tennis courts. Visit one of the largest living coral reef displays in the northern hemisphere at our nearby aquarium or explore numerous five-star restaurants and vineyards by day, and stargaze through the telescope at the house by night before retiring to the hot tub for a long relaxing soak. Important Note: This house is located on an operating, biodynamic farm in its infant stage. The residence is a ranch-style farmhouse, legal two-family home; guests will receive sole access to the main house and property. Entirely separate is the owner/farmer's guest quarters, occupied intermittently by the farmer and her family and accessible separately via the parking garage. Guests are welcome to utilize the farm as an immersive experience. Enjoy the freshly harvested produce, ask the farmers questions, and get their hands in the soil if they are so inclined.
