This is a fully furnished all expenses are paid by owner. No smoking of any kind. Small dogs are allowed but some breeds may not be permitted per HOA. Vehicles over 18 feet are not allowed to be parked over night on the property. There is a 90 day minimum per HOA. Trust us we would love shorter stays if possible.
