This cozy Carmel Valley cottage of approximately 600 sq ft located in the El Potrero neighborhood known as Lower Circle just a short drive to charming Carmel Valley Village. This cottage is built entirely of redwood. Natural light flows throughout the open floor living space which features a built- in cabinet, under stairs storage space, and one walk in closet. Amenities in the compact kitchen include a full- size refrigerator and free- standing electric cooktop/oven range combination. A set of galley type steps leads up to a small open loft which can be used a small study area or cozy artist studio. Please note this area is not set to be used as additional sleeping quarters. The bathroom is equipped with a shower over tub. A mixture of luxury vinyl plank flooring and hardwood flooring throughout the home except in the bath, here you'll find vinyl flooring. The fully fenced outdoor living space includes a small patio located outside the front door of the cottage and a walkway that runs the length of the front of the cottage. Within walking distance is private area along the Carmel Valley river that tenants are given access to. One parking space is available at the front of the property. Home mail delivery is not available but P.O. boxes can be found at the post office located in Carmel Valley Village. Please note the owners live on site, in the main house, which is adjacent to the cottage. Basic utilities are included with a cap of $50.00 on both the water and PG&E, (respectively). Washer and dryer hookups available along front walkway of cottage. If hookups are used an increase in water and PG&E will be implemented according to usage. One dog, 30 lbs. or under will be considered and subject to owner approval. An additional $35.00 per month pet rent is applicable. $45.00 application fee per applicant. -First month rent and security deposit due at signing. *No co-signers or guarantors. *Minimum of 700 credit score.
