Little outside patio is provided. Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant has to pay for electricity and internet. We do not accept tenants with prior evictions (no exception). Must make at least twice the rent per month ($2,500). Must have employment. We check background and credit. Low credit score and a lot of debt/collection, no need to apply. We provide 1 year leases with the option to renew, no short term lease option. No pets, no smoking (on entire premises), no exception. We ask for first and last month rent plus one month security deposit to move in (total of $3,750). To apply, we ask for a $40 non refundable application fee for EACH applicant, TWO forms of ID, your last paystub, and a filled out application that we hand out when showing the unit.
