Freshly painted home with Refrigerator, Gas Stove, Dishwasher. The home is a split floor-plan with very large bedrooms, family and dining room area. No yard to maintain and parking is limited. Renter is responsible for water, gas and electric. Each resident over 18 years of age must fill out application, you must document at least 2/3 times the monthly rental rate, you will be required to agree to all our rules/regulations and comply with them throughout tenancy. We offer month to month lease term. We do not allow smoking anywhere on our rental properties. Tenant pays all utilities, including trash and sewer which will appear on rent statement, tenant is required to establish electrical service through electric company. Tenant will be expected to keep property in good condition at all times. Parking is limited to one spot but additional parking is available on the street along golf course, or guest parking.
