For your convenience, there are a washer and dryer available in the unit. The backyard and pool area are a SHARED space. There is a small fenced in area separate from the backyard, for use by tenants in this unit only, that could be used as a small dog run area. This unit is half of a duplex, and comes fully furnished with a minimal lease term of 6 months. If you are interested in a year lease, or longer, the unit is available un-furnished as well. Rental price includes water, sewer, garbage and high speed internet. Renter is responsible for electricity. A refundable security deposit of $1000, as well as first and last month's rent is required prior to moving in. A maximum of two pets is allowed and will require a $100 nonrefundable deposit per pet. There is on-site parking for two vehicles available. Any maintenance required that costs less than $50 is tenants responsibility. Anything over $50 will be the responsibility of the landlord. Backyard and pool area are a SHARED space with the tenants in other half of the duplex.
