, , ! This adorable flamingo- themed apartment is perfect for a solo person or couple. You will find this apartment charming, cozy, and the perfect place to rest and enjoy the sunny beaches 7- ! Explore what Madeira Beach has to offer with spots like John's Pass, all the local fresh seafood, and the most gorgeous sandy beaches at your toes. The space This apartment sleeps 3 comfortably on a queen bed and futon. Make yourself at home in our kitchenette with the large fridge & freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee pot. This building is a 6-unit property in a quiet residential area and has a large front yard and picnic table for you to enjoy. We provide wifi, parking for one vehicle, and a book-guide with all of the local hot-spots and must do's! This building was built in the 1940s. It used to be military barracks! If you see the nook cut out of one wall in the living space, that is where they used to store their belongings. We've left it there for the unique history it holds! Back then, this apartment housed our military members. Nowadays, this apartment welcomes excited travelers just like you coming to make memories at one of the most beautiful places in Florida! You'll notice this sweet apartment has a blend of some of those unique and older features, paired with new renovations, a gorgeous large yard, and quaint decor. Lastly, we are an inclusive stay that welcomes and celebrates all humans diverse in gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious background, different abilities, etc. We're very excited to host you no matter who you are and where you're from! ! Guest access Your door has an electronic lock. We will send you the access code on the morning of check-in so you can conveniently enter on your own at arrival. Other things to note : This is the perfect spot if you are looking to relax and unwind in a peaceful, beautiful beach town and to dip your toes in the stunning Madeira beach! If you are looking to let loose and party (I'm looking at you, spring-breakers), we totally get it - but our home is not a good option for you. Because the neighborhood is quiet, residential, and your neighbors will share a wall with you, (and we want all of our guests to have a cozy, lovely experience), we do not tolerate parties, loud music, or any sort of altercations. If there are any issues like this during your stay, we'll require you to leave immediately with no refund of unused nights. We love our neighbors, and we want them to love us back.
