Perfectly rounding off your private Laguna Beach escape. *Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with pet rent/deposit. Other things to note -Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, ect. -Crib/Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay. - Parking (1) Garage B (Mid-Sized SUV or Smaller) - Guests utilizing EV Charging (110v outlet) must notify Management prior to their arrival. Additional charges of $10 per day may apply. - garage is shared with our existing year-round tenant, each will have designated parking. -Backyard/Patio and its amenities are not shared with the other tenant. -Pets are permitted HOWEVER THEY MUST BE APPROVED and the renter will be charged a Non-Refundable Pet Rent of $399.
