Furnished Condo for the month of January 2024. We are located in beautiful Solana Beach this spacious 2 bedroom condo. It's a short walk to the beach, Del Mar racetrack and great dining, Cedros shopping and music at the infamous Belly Up. After taking a nap in the guest bed overlooking the view of the ocean, it's just steps to the pool to swim or sunbathe, or enjoy the sun on your own private expansive deck overlooking the track, the ocean and La Jolla off in the distance. With a good eye you can even see the Coronado Islands off Mexico. One thing that sets this place apart from others in the area is the peace and quiet. There is no noisy traffic from the highway or train rumbling by. You will also notice a nautical theme throughout the condo including hardwood plank floors, brass gumbled lanterns and door pulls. The owner is a captain and he and his wife take people on sailing charters in the Pacific Northwest when they are not here enjoying Solana Beach in their ocean view condo. You will want to keep an eye out from the deck to see the whales and to see when the surf is good, and then grab the board off the rack and head down for a surf session . The complex is called Sea Turf for a reason, when you sit and enjoy the sunset from the huge deck your view is literally from the Del Mar track (turf) to the sea. The kitchen has everything you need. Big counter space to cook and stare at that view. Bedrooms are cozy and good sized. Quiet with a nice cross breeze. Bathrooms are well done. One unique feature is a couch/day bed I made my calls from. Right inside the deck, you won't want to get up. Great place for that first coffee. We have rented units for 6 weeks in the winter for many years and none has come even close to your great unit. From the view on the balcony to the "snooze nook" it was a great experience. There were plenty of restaurants within a short distance. The condo was immaculate, check in was a cinch. I ran on the beach almost every day. We would love to come back next year, - Tom and Joan $45 application fee and you must be able to pass a background and credit check. Also, there will be $5000 fully refundable security deposit. Owner pays for water/garbage and internet. Gas, electric, and $250 cleaning will be deducted from deposit at the end of lease. Renter is responsible for their own Cable TV or streaming service if desired. No smoking. No pets. There is one assigned off street parking spot
