*This is a SHORT-TERM rental: maximum of 75 day lease, MINIMUM 30 day lease required. This is a one-bedroom, 740 sq apartment, fully furnished, equipped with internet (please note there is NO TV in the home). The apartment is located on a major street, within walking distance of restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. There is also a bus stop within walking distance. Parking is included. The complex is gated and the entry into the apartment is controlled access. There is a simple gym on the premises. There is a pool as well currently in renovation to be ready by mid-summer. The apartment is not a luxury unit but is quaint, nice and homey. The complex is relatively quiet and the neighbors, nice. 30 day lease required per HOA policy. The apartment is available for a maximum of 75 days while I'm away.
