First floor 1 bedroom with hardwood floors throughout except for the bathroom, which has ceramic tile. As you enter the living room, you see the ornamental fireplace, closet and space. Off the Living room, the hallway provides access to the bathroom, the kitchen, but also additional storage for linens, towels and more through a combination of built in drawers and cabinet doors. The bathroom has full tub/shower unit, toilet and pedestal sink. The kitchen has a great appliance package - a built-in stainless steel quiet dishwasher, gas stove, built in microwave and large refrigerator. Surrounding the appliances are cabinets, drawers and countertops and still space for a table. The bedroom is off the back of the apartment. A door off the back kitchen hallway goes to the basement and to the back porch and yard.
