This unit is great for people who are interested in having the amenities of a condo with a bit of a quirk in terms of colors. The apartment has new HVAC unit, new stoves, new kitchen faucet and sink-garbage compactor, it also has a TV rack for hanging your TV in the living room. It also comes with (if you want) smart-enabled light-switches (any system, siri, echo, google). This unit also has a small terrace that faces the main patio, which gets enough shade to enjoy over the summer. There is a gym and pool on site. Also a "clubhouse" which has extra places for working. There is also amazon lockers for safe-shipping to the clubhouse at no extra cost. The location of this unit is probably it's best quality. 20-ish min walking from door-to middle of the rotunda, and similar time from door to middle of downtown. Tenant has to pay electric and water. Ting Internet is also included with the rent price (and a router and modem as well). The apartment would rent unfurnished.
