3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom apartment. New kitchen and bathroom. Qualifications A background and credit check are required for each adult. Each adult's credit score must be at least 620. You can easily check your credit score for free on websites like Credit Karma. Your monthly household income has to be at least 3 times the rent (not per person). No pets Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month of rent. If you meet these pre-qualifications, we can schedule a tour. After touring, you can submit an application. Each adult who wants to live there must complete an application. The application fee is $30 per adult.
