The tile/glass backsplash and under counter lighting are nice kitchen upgrades. Living room features two closets for extra storage. The apartment has central heat and air conditioning and a digital thermostat. The apartment complex offers off-street parking, a sixteen-camera security system, and an on-site laundry facility with two washers and three dryers. Landlord pays for water, sewer, and trash (dumped twice weekly). Tenant pays for electricity and cable/internet.
