I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting November 2, 2023 to July 7, 2024. The apartment is located at Central Island Square on Daniel Island. It is very seldom that one of the townhomes is available for rent. The square footage of my one bedroom is bigger that the one bedrooms and some of the two bedrooms. I'm also an end unit so its a bigger townhome as well. You are in an area that is considered lifestyle living where you can walk to everything on the island. It's 15 minutes to downtown, and there is a ferry that runs from the island to downtown Charleston on the weekends. You will be taking over my lease from the management company, not me. The monthly rent listed does not include additional fees like valet trash and package concierge or pet fees. There is a $500 application fee that is paid to the management company to run the necessary background checks. There is a security deposit required as well.
