(don't use your FICO score). You must meet our minimum requirement to get pre-approved. Our Deposits are based on your SafeRent score and income, it can fall in the range of $250, a full month's rent, or a double which is two months' rent. The amount will be known once your application is approved. The tenant selection and approval will be based on the following: Meeting the minimum score requirement set up for this property. (This does NOT refer to your FICO credit score but your overall credit index). Proof of identification (state or federally-issued picture identification) for each person completing an application. Income/Voucher Verification The ability to financially qualify. The income we require is 70% of the rent to be made before taxes, in order to qualify. Proof of income required: Local income or proof of remote income: Three most recent pay stubs, bank statements showing income is being received, or we can take an offer letter if you just started working and have not received your first, pay stub. Co-signers/Guarantors are welcome. How long will it take: Applications can take up to 48 hours to be fully approved depending on the information obtained at the time of application and the day of the week. Some additional information may be required, such as ID and/or a copy of your Social Security card. If your application is declined for credit scoring, you must reapply with a co-signer/ guarantor and pay a new application fee. The co-signer/guarantor must have a good credit history and be able to prove his ability to qualify financially and guarantee payment for the lease as well as his residence.
