It's a very quiet, scenic location that often has deer and wild turkey wandering through the property. Utilities and WiFi are covered by owner. There is no smoking in the unit. There is plenty of parking space. Use of garage is possible for use of a limited amount of storage. Unit is attached to main house, but not a shared space.
