Apartment is studio-style, approximately 300 square feet, featuring a bedroom/living space, galley kitchen with new stove and full-sized refrigerator, full bathroom with shower, storage closet, and private entrance with deck. We're located on a very quiet and walkable street with sidewalks. The apartment boasts large windows with tons of natural light. The apartment can be rented fully furnished (as shown in pictures) or without furniture based on the tenant's preferences. Fully furnished would include dining table and 2 chairs, desk, dresser, TV, lamp, and queen bed and mattress. If you want to rent fully furnished, we can swap queen bed for a twin-sized daybed as well. Parking can be made available and is included in the rent. All utilities and Wifi included in the rent. Apartment has its own thermostat, so the tenant controls the temperature. Portable A/C Unit (currently in storage) will be installed in spring and removed in fall. On-site storage is also available and can be discussed if you have larger items you'd need to store (i.e storage for bicycles for winter). Apartment is located in Cayuga Heights - 1.1 miles from Cornell, 0.5 miles from TCAT bus stop (Parkway @ E.
