This is a really cool third story loft apartment, with cathedral ceilings, exposed brick, and hardwood floors throughout. It is like something you'd see in Chicago or New York. The apartment has a very open feel to it with the ceiling following the roofline and going from 5ft on one side of the room to about 18ft on the other side of the room. If you are very tall you may not like it. But it is truly one of the more unique apartments in Fort Wayne. It has a large living room, bedroom with large closet, an additional large clothes/storage closet, bathroom with exposed brick and shower only, and two bonus room. The larger bonus room is ideal for a home office, the other is small but really cool, because it is a round room (no windows) with a cone shaped ceiling, we call it the meditation room.
