The garage apartment is private, quite and full of character. This is furnished but will remove furniture that you do not want. The ground level space & entrance is 20 feet from the private (lighted) driveway. We provide quality amenities. Consider a front load W/D, central H&A, quiet fridge, & other kitchen gadgets, lighted (private) parking, an outdoor cooking area and more. Interior: The largest room is the living room @ 12x12 w/ vaulted ceiling. The bedroom has a queen pillow-top mattress and second smart TV. There's a fully stocked kitchen, a full bath and a cedar WIC @ 7x12. It is furnished with high end antique furniture because that's what I have and an appropriate theme for the area here known as East Hill. All the rooms provide for the facets of living with character & charm. The pictures give a clear perspective! Allergies?? The place is pet & smoke free. The central HVAC ducts were cleaned, encapsulated and re-sealed in May 2023. The hot water heater is 40 gallon and the hot water is hot. Exterior: The patio is 40x13. This space is well suited for outdoor cooking and eating as it has a 4x10 bar-style table top w/ umbrella, a large gas grill, seating and electrical outlets. An 8 foot tall confederate Jasmine fence give the patio its privacy (see pics). 1 year lease preferred. Thank you. All utilities included in the 1300/mo rent. Internet also included.
