Newly remodeled basement apartment with back yard and storage. Up for rent is the lower half of my parents house in Thornton. The apartment is a walk out basement with private entrance through a paved walkway on the side of the house. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower and the other 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has all new flooring and paint and both bathrooms have been remodeled. My parents use the upstairs half of the house a few months a year as their primary residence is in California. So the majority of the time you will have the back yard to yourself with nobody upstairs. When my parents are there they will have their small mini Australian Shepard that will also use the backyard. The apartment comes with full and exclusive use of the shed in the back yard and the large attached storage area that is shown in the pictures. It also includes half of the driveway It does not include access to the garage as my parents want to keep that for when they are here. The place will be ready October first. We are currently purchasing a fridge, oven, and laundry. All will be installed and included by the move in date. We are doing showings now, come check the place out!
