Lower level one bedroom, one bathroom (shower only) apartment. Very close to schools, shopping and not far from downtown. Off street parking and great deck with view of back yard/ No smoking, no pets. Water, sewer, and trash are included. Tenant pays for gas, electric, and snow removal. The application fee is $30 per adult over the age of 18. (Non-refundable.) Each person fills out a separate application and pays a separate application fee. Applications and supporting documents may be placed in the drop box at our office located at 2312 Winters Dr., Portage, MI 49002, or sent by email. Application fee(s) may be paid in cash in person (exact amount only), or by check or money order made payable to Property Management Systems, then placed in our drop box. Supporting documents would include any and all written verification for income from any and all sources. For pay stubs, please submit one month's worth. For government or other agency assistance, please provide a monthly award amount. Rent cannot exceed 1/3 of your gross monthly income. Excellent references are a must for the property stated above. Please see page 3 of the application for screening criteria. We do not hold any units for any applicant until we have an approved application. One application through our office covers any unit we rent, out of our office, for 6 months from date of application, with no additional application fee.
