Lease Length: We are looking for a mid-term renter who would like the space between November and mid-January. We can work with your needs so feel free to reach out about specific timeframes that work for you and we'll see what we can do. Utilities: The owner pays for water, yard maintenance, pest control, and pool service. The tenant pays for electricity. Pets: We will allow pets on a case-by-case basis with an additional pet deposit. Parking: There are 2 parking spaces allotted to the unit and there is a guest parking spot. Street parking is free. Additional Info: The pool is shared by all 4 units. We do not allow smoking indoors. Bonita Beach is less than a mile away. Tenant pays a pro-rated portion of internet, water, and electricity. There is free parking on site right near the unit. The unit is on the 2nd floor. It uses a shared laundry space- the laundry is shared w/ 1 other unit in the building has and has new washer/dryer.
