All utilities are included, including WiFi, central air conditioning and laundry (directly behind the cottage) shared with one other unit. No cable TV. This unit is for rent for only one adult occupant. No smoking and no pets. Rental terms are minimum of two (2) months and maximum of six (6) months lease. Take advantage of your time in San Diego and stay in incredible Ocean Beach! Two (2) Month minimum rental requirement. No more than (6) Month lease offered.
