Application process involves filling out an application, giving 3 references of employers/former landlords, a credit history check, background check. After these steps we can look at the apartment in person. We cover your water and trash bills. You cover your electricity. I will only consider individuals who follow the above steps in the correct order. I will not show you the apartment until we have completed a credit check, background check, and have spoken to references.
