It's a quirky little place with tiny bedroom (only fit a twin/full...no queens or kings). $495 per month includes garbage and recycling pickup. Tenant pays electric and natural gas and water/sewer. Tenant also handles snow removal. Deposit is equal to the rent. Pets are allowed with an additional $100 deposit per pet, plus a $20/month pet fee. Dogs are taken on a case by case basis. The city of Ishpeming also requires a $250 deposit to place water service in your name (refunded after 2 years of on time payments or at move out).
