The living room has a sliding glass door instead of a window. One window AC unit is provided. Tenant pays electric. Heating is electric baseboard heat. This is a recently renovated 26 unit building, conveniently located a short walk away from the University of Pittsburgh, Carlow University, hospitals, and everything Oakland has to offer! Each unit has one assigned off street parking space included in the rent. There is coin operated laundry and extra storage in the basement. There are bike racks inside the building on each floor.
