Parking is ample enough to accommodate RV's, vehicles with trailers and the like. Don't forget Bristol is just 25 minutes to the north! This studio offers an over-sized bathroom, and laundry facilities, and outdoor space to enjoy along with your own private entrance. A mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker allow guests to control their food budget and for those who have a catch of the day to attend to, we have a freezer in the garage with ample space for your catch of the day, just alert us ahead of time. For those who wish to venture out, we have a catalog of local dining, events and activities. RV electrical and water HOOK-UPS! Ample parking for fishing boats, trailers, etc. Minimum 1 month lease, maximum 5 month lease. Deposit is refundable per condition of unit and personal property in unit. NO smoking either inside or outside. The outside spaces are shared, as is the laundry room. The entrance is semi-private, through the laundry room. Two occupants maximum. Though renters may have guests, please no partying. All utilities included, no cable, but there is a smart TV. Renter may bring in a toaster oven if they choose. This is a fully furnished apartment with linens included. There is a large dresser for storage and shelving space. Parking in designated parking area, which is ample.
