MOVE-IN SPECIAL This spacious 2 bed 1 bath rambler duplex features updated laminate flooring, an open living room, kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms with brand new carpet and bathroom. The laundry closet is complete with a full size washer/dryer and there are multiple closets for extra storage. The private yard is fully fenced and there are dedicated extra off street parking spots for this unit. $50 monthly water & sewer fee in addition to the rent. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities and landscaping maintenance.
