Owner pays trash, water, sewer, and landscaping. Renter pays electric, gas, internet, phone, cable. Pets require a clean bill of health, refundable deposit of $250 and monthly pet rent of $15 per month. Maximum of 2 cats. Assigned parking off-street included in rent. Smoking is permitted outside only. Renter is required to go through background and credit check at their own expense, however there are no additional application fees.
