Large attached covered deck, great area for grilling and dining. Non refundable pet fee, and monthly pet charge based upon the weight of the pet. All utilities, including wifi, are included in monthly rent. This is a basement apartment in a private home. The home is used as a vacation home and is not used as an overnight rental. Looking for a single person or a couple to rent the basement apartment. 1 year lease required, tenant will also be responsible for up keep of yard (about 1 hour per wk). Electric, Water, Sewer, Trash pick up, Wi-Fi/Internet, are all included in the rental amount.
