Large inviting room with private bath and separate entrance. About 20 minutes north of Asheville on I-26 and 1 block from downtown Mars Hill. Walkable to everything town has to offer; Mars Hill University, coffee shop, restaurants, brewery, theater, library, greenway, groceries etc. AVAILABLE: November 1st for up to 6 months, on a month to month basis 2 references and $200 refundable deposit. $50 non refundable cleaning fee *Includes: all utilities, wifi, smart TV w/ some subscriptions included, heat/AC *Private parking for 1 car, outdoor sitting area, and use of shared laundry. *Room has counter space with microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Additional fridge space available in detached garage if needed. There is not a full kitchen but additional small appliances will be considered. *This space is accessed through the shared laundry room and separated from the main house by a door. *Sorry, but no pets or smokers and the rental does not include use of the kitchen. *Suitable for a single person who works outside of home- no gender preference. We are an open minded, friendly family of 3. Our neighbor has chickens/rooster and we have a have toddler. We try to be very respectful of noise and the past we have hosted a night shift nurse who was not bothered by this situation. However, some may be deterred by daytime noise if you work nights.
