It's a simple studio unit but has enough space for a small table in addition to the a bed and couch/futon. Additional storage available if needed. Shared entrance to basement with tenant living above, but the unit has its own door and is fully self sufficient. Tenant must be quiet, respectful. Absolutely no smoking. A small pet might be considered on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Unit is really only suitable for one person. Ideal for student, young professional, or traveling medical professional. Deposit, first, and last month's rent due at signing. Looking for 6-12 month commitment though willing to consider month to month lease (for an additional monthly fee) on a case by case basis.
