MOVE IN COSTS: Once at least 25% of the deposit is paid, we will take the property off the market. (ONLY If applicant is approved and property has been seen.) SCREENING CRITERIA: Applications are valid for up to 6 months. RESPONSE TIME: Applications are processed within 5-7 business days. We will call you once it's been processed.
